Initial meeting with leadership core
It is critical to engage the agency leadership from the beginning to gain their participation and build trust. We also rely on their unique insights into the culture and environment.
Survey of entire team
Using a modern online survey tool, we can gather critical information from the entire team efficiently and effectively. We customize this survey based on what we learn in the initial meeting with the leadership.
One-on-one interviews
Depending on the size of the team, we meet with either the entire team or a representative cross section to discuss survey results and gain direct insights from every level of the organization.
Using the information gathered in this process we apply our subject matter expertise and previous experiences to tailor an approach that is specific to your agency and your needs.
