● 62% of Noncustodial Parents are unemployed or underemployed
● This percentage represents approximately 775 individuals
● Estimated equal number of custodial parents or guardians also fall into this category
Goals
● Strengthen our community by increasing the individual strengths of our parents and children
● Find individualized approaches to service that clarify the pathways for each participant
● Reduce unemployment and underemployment problems that widely affect members of our community
Culturally Specific Needs

● Active, tailored child support case management services
● Trauma-informed training and coaching
● Culturally relevant & vocation-specific training
● Peer-to-peer support to address barriers
Multigenerational trauma
Substance dependency (when present)
